Tasting Notes
Deep purple in color with black hues. Aromas of plum jam, cassis, and ripe red fruits, layered with notes of clove, vanilla, leather, tobacco, and chocolate from oak aging. Well-rounded palate with balanced, sweet tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Vinification & Aging
Hand-harvested in 18 kg cases with careful cluster and berry selection. Cold maceration at 6°C for 5 days followed by fermentation with indigenous yeast at 26–28°C for 15 days. Extended skin contact enhances color, flavor, and tannin structure. Malolactic fermentation with indigenous bacteria.
Aged for 12 months in second and third-use French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
