Tasting Notes:

Bright golden-amber rum with elegant clarity. The nose is sophisticated and captivating, showing aromas of dried grass, sugarcane, liquorice, almond cake, tobacco leaf, toffee, coffee, and soft exotic wood. On the palate it is round and well balanced, delivering flavors of wood, spices, peach compote, figs, and tobacco. Smooth, medium-dry finish with lingering notes of spice, liquorice, and fennel.

Cigar / Food Pairing:

Best enjoyed with a Maduro or aromatic cigar. Also pairs well with dark chocolate and rich desserts.

Serving Temperature:

Serve at room temperature in a tulip-shaped glass to fully express its aromatic complexity.
